Garner, NC - The North Carolina Association
of RV Parks and Campgrounds (NCARVC) has signed an alliance
agreement with Friend Communications, Inc. that enables NCARVC
member parks to provide real-time, online reservations directly
through their websites. Signed in January, member parks are
already using the Friend system.
"We were unhappy with the direction our website was going,"
said CJ Sands, NCARVC Tourism Marketing Chairperson. "We needed
to be up-to-date with new technology like online reservations.
Friend was the company capable of doing what we wanted."
The Friend system offers online reservations, Web-based front office
management tools and dynamic widespread marketing initiatives that
will help grow and manage each member's business.
